BORDERLANDS 2 DLC LIST INSTALL
BTW, if you don't already know, it's normal for 1 BL2 file to fail verification.įWIW, the most straightforward thing might be to just have Steam create a backup of BL2 (the entire game), and then use that backup to install BL2 on the other computer. Even if those folders contain the bulk of the DLC files, there could very well be other game files that need to be copied/replaced. If you try copying those folders, then, like Sirius, I would suggest having Steam verify the game cache afterwards. I'd just noticed at some point that the file names appear to tell you which DLC is in each folder. Of course I've never tried "installing" the DLC by copying those folders, so this is all untested. Allium has files with names that include things like "Turkey" and "Snowman", so that presumably contains the Thanksgiving (Wattle Gobbler) and Xmas (Mercenary Day) DLC's. Those are in the Flax folder.įYI, it appears that the other 4 HH DLC's were packed in pairs (2 and 3 in one folder, and 4 and 5 in another). For example, references to "Pumpkin" are presumably the Halloween (TK Baha) DLC. FWIW, I meant to reply sooner, but it's not a simple answer and I just hadn't gotten around to it.Īs for the DLC, it seems like you can tell which is which by looking at some of the file names. Most people seem to just post in the General section. Like Sirius said, there don't seem to be many people that look at this section. Hope that was at least somewhat helpful, and sorry for not noticing the thread when you made it - as I said, we are but a few, and we are sometimes so lost that we don't answer. HH packs should be 500 MBs give or take a few hundred, but I'm pretty sure they are around the 500 MB mark - so you can eliminate all school folders with much more or less data (allow ~300MB variance both higher and lower).
All DLC with "PO" in the foldername are eliminated as well (GOTY bonus content). Iris, Orchild, Sage and Tulip should be Season Pass content - so those are not headhunter packs. To your problem, I'm afraid I can't help you in a definite way - I looked myself and didn't find a good list or anything about how the DLC are called in the folders.īut can't you "just" copy over the whole folder to an USB stick or something? Or the DLC folder, at least?Īlso you might run into trouble with Steam accepting the files - you should minimally do a file integrety check after copying and also make sure that after everything seems in order to check the Steam DLC list to see that all relevant checkmarks are checked.Īlways provided Steam accepts the integrety check and "Oh look these DLC files here". There's pretty much only a handful of us actively trying to help, and we are not always here ) The trouble is, barely anyone cares to post in the correct subforums - and so barely anyone but a few regulars come looking here.
